Job Overview
Solvars is hiring a results-driven Meta/TikTok Ads Manager to oversee our paid advertising efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and growth. This is a strategic and analytical role for someone who understands digital media buying and creative performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Develop ad strategies and funnel structures based on business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audiences to optimize ROI.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align visuals and messaging.
- Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, pixel tracking, and retargeting.
- Ability to analyze ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and generate insights.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising or paid social media.
- A portfolio or case studies of successful campaigns is a plus.

Salary:
